I use my lunch hour & breaks to pay bills, e-mail, etc. I recently found out that my companies IT guy who happens to be a colleague of mine just purchase a very expensive software to track everyone’s internet activity & it will allow him to view the web page.
I completely agree with the monitoring but at what point does it does it go too far? I don’t want this guy to know how much I make or my personal life.
