I have multiple email accounts for personal and business use. Is there a good light weight software which I can be used to keep track of all the accounts. I should be able to save all the POP/SMTP settings because in event of crash I don’t want to put all those values again.

I have years of old receipts I want to enter into an accounting software so that I can print reports and see annually how money was allocated. I know about Simply Accounting, Quicken, Excel and Quickbooks. I have no experience with any of them except Excel.
Can anyone recommend a worksheet or software they use?
It’s messy if I just enter it into a plain Excel spreadsheet. I want more organization and control over reports.

Are there any programs for mac that are user friendly and mac compatible. I heard that Quicken and Quickbook used to make software to run on mac but does not any more. I read some reviews for iBank and the reviews were mostly negative.
Any suggestions?
